Main Modules

1. Monitoring
This module allows for the manual recording of key health indicators for clinical patient follow-up, such as:
- Blood pressure
- Glucose level
- Weight, height, and body mass index
- Oxygen saturation (oximetry)

It includes symptom surveys designed to complement medical information and facilitate the detection of potential alerts or risk conditions. This module does not perform diagnoses or treatments; it only records and alerts about possible deviations from reference values.

2. HealthData
Facilitates the registration and consultation of clinical and psychosocial assessments across the life course (childhood, adolescence, adulthood, maternity, and old age), strengthening comprehensive and preventive care.

3. Health in the Field
Allows for the registration and management of health activities across the life course, in addition to:
- Informative record of diagnoses and clinical history
- Informative record of medications
- Monitoring of pregnant women through symptom surveys and maternal activities by trimester. This module supports the work of health personnel in the field, optimizing follow-up and continuity of care.

4. DataLab
Designed for the registration of rapid laboratory tests performed in the field, allowing for the documentation of results with the patient's profile to guarantee traceability and continuity of clinical follow-up.
