Ratings and reviews

This app posts fake offers on Magicpin with purported discounts, but when you order anything, the hotel and restaurants refuse to fulfill the order. If you have paid for food, you have zero chance of getting your money back, with no support from their customer service. I have tried multiple times to contact them, but they close your issue within a few days, and you won't be able to reopen it because they have a 72-hour limit on orders in which they will just call you one time.

I recently ordered food through the Magic Pin app, and this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any delivery service. The app showed a delivery time of 45 minutes, but even after waiting far beyond that, my order never arrived. There was no update, no message, and no explanation from their side. What made the situation even worse was that I had no way to contact customer support. There is no proper customer care number, and none of the contact options actually help.

If you're not a nuclear scientist, it's going to be the most difficult and confusing task to use and order from your platform. The sheer fact that you showed me a higher price to pay at checkout yet charged me a lesser amount once I paid is just surprising and also confusing. plz for the love of God, make your user interface simpler so that customers may give you guys a chance before they abandon their carts and just order from swiggy or zomato.
