Ratings and reviews

Magicpin is basically acting like a middleman or courier platform. They take the order, pass it to the hotel, and after that there’s almost zero visibility or accountability. Nobody seems to know whether the order was picked up, delayed, or even delivered. Customer support is extremely difficult to reach, and even when you finally connect with someone, they usually have no clue about the actual order status. Most of the time, they just offer coupons instead of resolving the issue.

I had a very disappointing experience with Magicpin. The price shown for items is different from the final price after adding them to the cart, and somehow the amount keeps increasing with several extra charges that are not clearly explained.The delivery time is also misleading. It shows one estimated time at first, but the order ends up arriving 50–60 minutes later than promised. It also keeps saying that a delivery partner will be assigned soon, but it only seems to get assigned after tips add

I had a very disappointing experience with Magicpin. The delivery time is very misleading. It shows one estimated time at first, but ends up arriving 50-60 minutes later than promised. My order that was at a location, 10 min away was assigned a delivery partner initially and then after around 50 minutes there was nothing. and then after I raised a complaint it still didn't work out. instead the order was cancelled after 10 mins more. Its ridiculous if even the customer support is useless.
