Terrible experience.. Such a scam.. The driver reached on wrong location that we didn't provide and no response on complain, after that received mail that your service charged because of location issue.. Instead of providing compensation they charged visit without providing service. Never go to book here.

Very bad experience with the customer service, soon after making the booking I realised location was wrong immediately I messaged asking to change the location or reschedule but no help was provided.. Literally begged for hours to make changes but no cooperation from customer service.. Very terrible service. Soon after booking if they cannot make changes what kind of app is this.No cancellation option too.. I have been using this app since long time at least for that sake they could have helped

I have used the service more than once before and it was ok, but this time I had an issue with the address and the customer service was very very rude and not flexible at all, and now they charged me the in full without giving me any kind of service in return
