very bad service the cleaning lady is always very late and today she didn't show up at all and the app help icon is useless

The worse service provider i have dealt with, they just ask you to pay and they reschedule your visit as they wish, and they don't communicate with you to know the time and day you want, just ignoring the customer after they paid.
