Terrible experience.. Such a scam.. The driver reached on wrong location that we didn't provide and no response on complain, after that received mail that your service charged because of location issue.. Instead of providing compensation they charged visit without providing service. Never go to book here.

Very bad experience with the customer service, soon after making the booking I realised location was wrong immediately I messaged asking to change the location or reschedule but no help was provided.. Literally begged for hours to make changes but no cooperation from customer service.. Very terrible service. Soon after booking if they cannot make changes what kind of app is this.No cancellation option too.. I have been using this app since long time at least for that sake they could have helped

my experience was very bad I paid for one visit only, they cancelled the visit and without any notofication they reschduled the visit. However, I complained to Musaned 💪💪 then they fixed a suitable appointment for me, I won't deal with Mahara again
