Definitely does not work. I can activate the framing with my phone or iPad threw the app but it will not engrave any of the images threw the app. App needs some serious updates. Only works with laptop via USB connection. So app to XTOOL Lazer engraver, sorry to say does not work. 😔

This app does not work. I've used 5 different devices to try an connect to my Xtool d1 pro and none will connect. And I just noticed the app has not been updated since 2021. And that makes me wonder how the company will handle services with the machine itself wonder 🤔.. also why do we have to allow our location to use the app? No need for that. Think I'll just return the machine

Dispite me uninstalling and reinstalling several times, I have no settings to set speed, no. of passes, density and power settings. Basically useless.
