Are you a Malakoff Humanis, Radiance, Mobilité Mutuelle, Ipsec policyholder? Welcome to the Malakoff Humanis App!
The new Malakoff Humanis application offers you online services that are ever easier, more useful and available at any time.

It simplifies all your procedures such as:

- send a quote or an invoice,

- track and view the details of each reimbursement,

- download and share your insurance card to benefit from third-party payment

- find the history of all your requests

- access the summary of your expenses

- make an appointment with a health professional or teleconsult within the hour

- manage your profile parameters (RIB, email, telephone, postal address)


If you have already created your Customer Area, all you need to do is use the same login credentials (your email address and password).
This application is dedicated to people with a health contract.

New services will soon be added to the App.

when my reimbursement gets denied for failure to add a document (apparently Décompte sécurité social is insufficient), the demande gets a green mark as "Traitée" and you never get a notification that it was denied. extremely shady practice, probably leading you to forget about the reimbursement. for shame!

Can't even log in. I've already created an account at least 3 times on the last 3 to 4 years. They change the app, the website, and nothing works, all your data to log in scrablbe somewhere, doesn't seem to exist. They say that you'll get an e-mail to set it all up again but nothing ever arrives (not even spam). Sick and fed up with this useless app/site, i just need one thing and i can't even get in...And the costumer service is not much better. No stars would be more accurate
