This app is great for logging meals, sugars, and getting reminders to test sugars. But I agree with another reviewer, the AI assumes the worst of your meals, even with a description. I wrote in that I had whole grain pasta with meat sauce, green beans on the side and water with electrolytes. The AI told me I should swap for whole grains, eat vegetables, eat lean meat (it *was* lean ground beef, but I didn't specify that), and drink water. All the "fixes" were things I was already doing?

Definitely a work in progress as the opening screen suggests. There are things I like, such as not having to do a proper food diary, but the AI always assumes the worst meal from the description you put in no matter how much detail I add. The suggestions aren't accurate. This app is specifically for pregnant women yet it suggests fish for every dinner. Pregnant women shouldn't have more than 2 servings/week. It told me to have more consistent breakfast even though I eat the same meal every day

This app is incredibly easy to use. Makes keeping an accurate log so much easier! I love the text reminders to take my blood sugars. My provider has been impressed with the detailed log and I love how easy it is to create the document and upload it to my provider. The only reason I had a 4 star and not 5 star is when using the "I'm about to eat" I would like to add my calculated carbs before the app does the analysis of my meal. Also, the AI analysis of my meal is sometimes very discouraging.
