While the app works fine most of the time, I find myself repeatedly frustrated with the malfunctioning of the check depositing feature. After using this feature successfully for a long time it suddenly will NOT let me take a picture of the back of check for deposit. The bank has been made aware & cannot figure out the problem, but they did rule out that my phone was this issue. Unfortunately, I deal with people who still use checks & not being able to use the mobile deposit feature sucks.

Nice and very easy to use interface, some buttons however are fairly small and could potentially be hard to see, for example when a notice comes up for scheduled maintenance, the 'okay, got it' text is small, blends in with the background, and is placed outside of the message box at the lower right corner of the screen, but overall it works as expected and is very convenient!

When you try to transfer funds from one account to another it shows there are insufficient funds even though there are plenty of funds in both accounts.. not very well managed at all... take to us back to the old app, at least it was reliable.... this one is garbage.... too many bells and whistles and you can't even manage what was on there... a little small bank trying to be like the big boys and you just don't have the experience yet in the computer room. hire real Techs and maybe people will
