Ratings and reviews

Idk what's going on with this app lately, but it's been very unreliable. At least 3 times, in the past 2 weeks, we've been unable to access our account via the app or the website. It won't let us log in at all. After a few hours, it logs in with no problem. It's great when it's working, and very convenient. However, it's very frustrating to not be able to access our account. The screenshot below is the error message I'm getting today.

Nice and very easy to use interface, some buttons however are fairly small and could potentially be hard to see, for example when a notice comes up for scheduled maintenance, the 'okay, got it' text is small, blends in with the background, and is placed outside of the message box at the lower right corner of the screen, but overall it works as expected and is very convenient!

Edit: 1/24/26 : The most recent upgrade to the app, the one that changed the entire app overall, now barely runs on my poor phone. Yes I have a nearly 5 year old phone, but I should still be able to keep my bank app open for 5 minutes without it crashing >:/ [old review] I love the upgrade so far! It's a little on the slow side when loading from the login page, but that's perfectly fine. I can still manage both my checking and savings perfectly well and the fingerprint login is a nice touch!
