I can not view anything on my online app. All of the words and numbers are on top of each other. It's always been like this and it's rediculous!!!!!!! As I scroll down on this page it's the same thing. They ask a question and the available answers lay on top of one another!!!

This app is ridiculous. Why change something when you already had something good out?? I was not told about them releasing a completely new app. Who decided there needs to be a new app? I guarantee it was NOT the customers. New password requirements that's SO ridiculous. Who is going to remember all that after 20years using same one? Come on. It is poorly created app. Confusing. It is not easy to work with.

The app was good, now it's really bad. Credit card section isn't accessable right away, you must first choose it, then the blank screen will come up, you must click BACK and choose it again to be able to access it. It's 2023, come on now
