It isn't so much the app as it is the whole new online system. We used to be able to view actual checks, can't anymore. Used to be able to search a lot easier for old transactions. The old site would tell you when your next loan payment was due when you looked at it and now it doesn't. I just feel this version is a lot less informative.

Sometimes my sessions time out before I can get my checking account details. The mobile app for deposits is not instant funds availability like other banks, each deposit is reviewed. Other banks have the technology to make the funds available immediately. I'm very disappointed in this bank's app.

The Bill Pay feature is not friendly. You can pay a bill IF you know how much you owe or you select an amount. Unlike the online version, there are no options to see the total owed to the payee to ensure full payment.
