It isn't so much the app as it is the whole new online system. We used to be able to view actual checks, can't anymore. Used to be able to search a lot easier for old transactions. The old site would tell you when your next loan payment was due when you looked at it and now it doesn't. I just feel this version is a lot less informative.

so far easy to use. not complicated at all. drop down menu takes you to what you want to do. And can even upload checks into savings. can't do that at my other back.

Sometimes my sessions time out before I can get my checking account details. The mobile app for deposits is not instant funds availability like other banks, each deposit is reviewed. Other banks have the technology to make the funds available immediately. I'm very disappointed in this bank's app.
