About this game

Inspired by RuneScape, Melvor Idle takes the core of what makes an adventure game so addictive and strips it down to its purest form!

Master Melvor’s many RuneScape-style skills with just a click or a tap. Melvor Idle is a feature-rich, idle/incremental game combining a distinctly familiar feel with a fresh gameplay experience. Maxing 20+ skills has never been more zen. Whether you’re a RuneScape newbie, a hardened veteran, or simply someone looking for a deep but accessible adventure that easily fits around a busy lifestyle, Melvor is an addictive idle experience unlike any other.

Every skill in this game serves a purpose, interacting with the others in interesting ways. This means all the hard work you put into one skill will in turn benefit others. What strategy will you conjure to achieve maximum skillage?

It doesn’t just end with Woodcutting, Smithing, Cooking and Farming either – take your finely honed tapping abilities into battle and face off against 100+ monsters using your Melee, Ranged and Magic skills. Conquering brutal dungeons and toppling boisterous bosses has never been quite like this before…

Melvor is a RuneScape-inspired experience suitable for veterans and newcomers alike. It features an in-depth and endless Combat system featuring 8 dedicated Skills, countless dungeons, bosses to vanquish and lore to unearth. Get stuck into many deep yet accessible systems featuring 15 non-Combat Skills to train, all with individual mechanics and interactions. A fully featured and interactive Bank/Inventory system allows you to keep track of over 1,100 items. Plus, enjoy 40+ decidedly cute Pets to collect, and thanks to its regular updates, the adventure continues to grow all the time! Melvor boasts cloud saving functionality that’s compatible across all platforms.

Having a blast with this. Has nice reference to RuneScape, while still being it's own thing. If you have that craving for some RS nostalgia, but don't have the time to sink into it, this might be your thing. Pretty standard "idle game" features of doing different skills, collecting and processing items. The further you progress, the more complex and in depth different skills can be.

I usually get bored with idle games very quickly, no matter which genre they pretend to be. But the gameplay and skill progression in this game has kept me VERY engaged, and that's just the free version! What I originally thought was an outrageous amount of paid-member-only content will more than double this already delightfully engaging IdleRPG masterpiece. Even the free version is many, many hours of fun before you ever feel blocked out. Well done!! I plan to upgrade as soon as I have coin.

I tried the free version not knowing at all who made the game or what an idle game was. The more I played, the more it reminded me of Runescape. It had all the items from the mmo that made it weirdly similar to Runescape. After seeing who published the game, it made a lot more sense. I like it. It's doesn'tneed your constant attention and it's fairly easy to play and have fun with. The price is a little high, but the content in it is worth it imo. The developers need to get paid too.
