This is one of the worst apps when it comes to customer service. My experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased a lipstick and received a used product with an expiry date that is very close. I tried multiple times to contact customer support to return the item, but I couldn’t connect with anyone. There is also no option available for return or exchange, even though it was clearly mentioned that returns and exchanges are allowed.

"I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience with Mamaearth. I placed an order and made the full payment online, but the delivery is way past its promised date. The worst part is that there is no option to cancel the order, and it hasn't even been dispatched yet. My money is stuck, and I feel cheated. Their customer support is useless and provides no clear timeline or solution. It is unprofessional to take a customer's money and then go silent on delivery and cancellation.

worst app and worst experience i ordered 2 lipsticks but got only now there is no option to return the product nor do i get any customer care number. i emailed them but got reply that email is not working and in the app there is no assistance..never gonna buy directly from website if my issue is not being solved.
