Very disappointing experience. I placed a prepaid order on 11 March, and even by 28 March it has not been delivered. The last delivery attempt was on 16 March, and there has been no re-attempt since then. The delivery date keeps getting extended without proper updates. Customer service is also very poor with no clear way to contact support or cancel the order. This was my first order, and it turned out to be a bad experience. Would not recommend ordering from here.

Very bad experience with this app. My order was placed on March 25, and they promised delivery within 7 days (by April 1), but it has still not been delivered.There has been no update from the delivery agent, and it is very difficult to reach customer support, only a chatbot is available, which is not helpful. This kind of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. I am completely disappointed and regret ordering through this app.
