Been a customer since 3yrs with smooth ordering and good products. But now prices has increased, cashback has become obsolete and treated more like coupon rather than mode of payment. Shipping charges are added after applying cashback if it falls under 399.

As I checked if I ordered in 2 parts like 599 lipstick 2 qty it's charge 569.crushed nude lipstick 2 qty it's charge 854 means total 1423 But I order 4 at a time you charged 1748 means 325 extra amount. It seems you do fudging under scheme from 2 week I am writing mail.but no response only they are raised ticket. they gave an explanation which was totally fake.buy2 get 2 offer means what they are now saying we will cost higher price they shown free gift and now they are saying that was charged
