The Hungryroot service itself is GREAT. I love the food and how it arrives. The issue is with the app. It is always buggy, but for a while, I've been getting a message that says that there was an error because my most recent order failed to load. No matter what I do, that error pops up, and nothing else loads. I updated the app, hoping that it would fix the issue, and it hasn't. I use a Samsung S22 Ultra

The app is infinitely harder to use, not worth downloading. Ingredients are always out of stock leaving you with barely a meal instead of offering you an alternative ahead of time. Meals are not complete, half thought-out. The website has some variety offered but they only send you the same thing every week. All the app menus are slow to respond or try to load some kind of external page that refuses to load. Why have an app if it's just going to load web pages in a bad version of a browser?

I personally have had a horrible experience both with the app and food service. My orders are ALWAYS a day late, showing up warm with the ice gell packs melted/open since it takes 4 days to get to me. Food spoiled or meals coming busted open. I try to message them on the app, and you can't see what you're typing, and you have trouble pressing the send button. I have had orders disappear from my history so I cant track them. I have had my changes to meals not saved. Overall, horrible experience.
