About this app

The ACTIVEFIT app is the official app for gym members and staff, with a single login that unlocks access to everything for each individual.

For members:

• A personal QR code that you present at the gate and log in to in seconds

• Your membership details, remaining days, and outstanding balance

• Class schedule and seat reservation

• Your attendance and payment history

• Freezing requests, complaints, and tracking

• Special offers and notifications

For staff:

• Gate scanner: Instant verification of memberships and the reason for rejection

• Summary of daily transactions: Entry, rejection, and collection

• Member files, subscriptions, renewals, and collections

• Daily tickets, classes, approvals, and complaints

• Daily closing and reports
Each employee can only see and use what their permissions allow.

Login:

Members: Mobile number and membership number printed on your card.

Staff: Work email or mobile number and password.

The app requires an account at a gym that uses the ACTIVEFIT system.
