I ordered few products. But it didn't reached me more than 15 days. so I cancelled the order. They send the product to the owner. But they didn't refund my amount. but app shows your refund amount was complete. This is very 1st order in purple. very very disappointed. I need refund amount. otherwise I will file a case against you purple. this is cheating

At the time of order it's showing it will be delivered within 2 hours. but after the 2 hours when the order is not delivered, it's showing it will take 2 days to get delivered.if they cannot deliver it within the promised time then show the time that you will be able to deliver it. it will create problem for us to place order with our convenience. and very bad customer service. there is no helpline number that is mentioned in the app or in Google. the number I can hardly find are not exist.👎

Very disappointing delivery experience. The package was supposed to be delivered within one day, but it has been delayed for several days. The delivery agent called once, but after I confirmed my availability through customer support, the order was still not delivered. The tracking status showed "Delivery failed," and it has been difficult to get a response from the delivery agent. Better communication and more reliable delivery service are needed.
