Ratings and reviews

An app with fake products. They send one product which differs from the product in the images. They reject your return request stating that as the packing was proper, I am not eligible for a return. This happend with me twice. It is better to buy it in offline or other apps but not on purplle

I hope this app has -10 stars . Worst app I have ever used. Received a package which was completely damaged. Instead of 4 products received only one product. Customer care is not getting connected every time it shows all executives busy on call. No response. Even after uploading images, app shows return cancelled due to no clear image uploaded. I think this need to be taken into consumer court now. So many customers are suffering from bad service.

Worst app.. They deducted my money and order is not confirmed . Customer care told me to do order again and i did.. Then same thing happened again.. Deducted money from acnd and they are telling they didn't get. I got notification that payment is successful. If this happened only one time its okay.. But happened again. How can I trust this app anymore... Don't trust this app.. Customer care is also fake.. Don't purchase from this app
