had a very bad experience with Purple. During the first delivery attempt, I missed the call, but I called back within 15 minutes and the delivery agent was unreachable. The app showed that re-delivery would happen in 1–2 days, but it has now been more than a week and no attempt has been made. I am unable to cancel the order, and customer care is never reachable. Chat support is just a bot and not helpful at all.This is extremely frustrating and disappointin . i wouldn't recommend using this app

I'm extremely disappointed in the overall customer service of Purple as there's no proper assistance from their side, only "Chat With Us" is the option to reach out though it's not effective resolving an issue from the customer. I've ordered products, but the delivery got delayed, later it shows as delivery failed. It kept showing dates for delivery but I haven't received the products yet moreover I done a prepaid order since there's no cash on delivery option. It's truly an unfaithful behavior.

I have ordered something and it get delivered but there was one product missing in the box and I have tried many times to get replacement but firstly they raise the issue of replacement then rejected saying that their team has said that all products get delivered on time by their side . it's such a poor overall service and this app is just looting the customer as much as they can even so openly and freely .
