I ordered minimalist products and I got a free glass minimalist bottle in it . but when I opened it , I found it broken already. Also I couldn't raise a complaint against this particular product as there is only one option of writing a review.when I tried customer support,it was a bad experience as I was stuck in a loop of (issue resolved -return request) but in real there is no option of return for the freebies. even exchange could be provided for it. this is what I faced .

I am so impressed! Usually, my Purplle orders take 3 to 4 days, but this time was different. I ordered last night at 10:30 PM, and it was delivered by 11:00 AM today—exactly when the app promised. I didn't think it would actually happen! I saw the "delivery by 11 AM" notice and didn't believe it, but they actually pulled it off!. Even though some products are slightly pricier than on other apps, If Purplle continues to deliver this fast, they will definitely be my first choice for shopping.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on the Purplle app. My product was marked as 'Out for Delivery,' but I never received it. It was delivered to the wrong address, and despite several attempts to contact customer care, I have received no response or resolution. This is highly unprofessional and a total waste of money. I would not recommend this app to anyone due to such poor service and lack of support.
