Worst app experience ever. I’m trying to place an order worth over ₹1000 and the app keeps saying an item in my cart is out of stock. The problem? None of the products I selected are out of stock it’s the freebie that automatically got added for orders above ₹200. And the app won’t even let me remove the freebie, so I’m completely stuck and unable to place my order. Also, how hard is it to check your own stock before adding a free gift to someone’s cart? I've been using this app for 4–5 years and never had such a pathetic experience. My payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, and I had to wait 5–6 days for a refund. After placing the order again, it shows “Out for Delivery” for the past week but nothing has been delivered. Customer care number is invalid. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. Considering uninstalling the app.

It seems like they might be committing fraud. I ordered a product and requested a return because the expiry date label on the product appears to be intentionally scratched. They asked me to send photos of the barcode, which I provided in the highest quality, they rejected it several times and my request is still under processing even after 12 days. My friend faced the same issue, and his return request was never approved
