the app is good for shopping and all. relatively low prices than others. but the one problem is that if the freebie coming is out of stock then it won't even proceed the cart, and that frustrating as hell. faced this issue numerous times and had to pay extra amount in other apps. would suggest to atleast do something for this or let us choose a different gift instead of the "out of stock" ones and getting stuck at the end. frustrating as hell.. starting to get repetitive and it's annoying.

Very disappointed with Purplle's delivery and customer support. My order failed delivery four times, with each notification claiming I was "unreachable" - but I never received a single call or SMS from the delivery agent. My number was active and correct the entire time, so this excuse doesn't hold up. To make things worse, the cancel option disappeared from my order page, leaving me stuck with no product and no way to get my money back. I tried every channel available: emailed customer care.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my order has been handled. My order has been pending for almost a month. After keeping me waiting for such a long period, Purplle is now cancelling the order from its end. This is completely unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that the tracking status is now showing a “delivery attempt”, whereas no delivery attempt was made at all. I did not receive any call, message, or visit from the delivery partner. Highly disappointed.
