Dress size xl was ordered and trouser of the dress was out of standard xl size i had to spend extra to matching cloth and modify the trouser to make it wearable instead of tearable. Laam should take responsibility for sizes to check before shipping to customer not only make and profit and count it More over there are a lot of glitches and bugs in website/apo.

Some of the clothes are of such poor quality that the trousers tore easily, almost like paper. On top of that, the customer service is terrible — it’s impossible to talk to an agent live. If you just leave a message, you have to wait until they read it to get a reply. Sometimes it takes two full days to respond to a single chat.

They are not delivering my paid order, no one came to the address, no one called, support is saying "We regret to inform you that your order is currently being returning to our warehouse due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch it again." it's nothing but a new way to fraud with the customers.
