Very disappointing and irritated, the search engines don't work at all. if I search for co-ord set they show me three pis set. If I select any colour to show, they show all the colors as well. If I click any of the notifications it doesn't give the exact page accotding to the notifications. This is very annoying, irritating and disturbing. The website is better than the app.

the clothes are okay but to use the app to order is a hassle...it keeps lagging & always just freezes also when u open the detailed page of any product & try to go back into what u searched for..it just brings u back to home & u would lose what u were trying to get since there's 1000s of products...I'd rather just use the internet to place an order...

I bought a few dresses as gifts and to my disappointment, one of the dress (worth $40) has big visible stains and the other dress sleeve is about 2" × 1" ripped. I have been trying to get a hold of them via email and whatsapp but no one even cares to reply. I have bought dresses before from Laam and eveytime there has been some defects but they were small so I let go. But this time the defects are way too noticeable and cannot be worn. I am still hoping to get a reply and get this issue resolved
