Not user-friendly, when I wanted to redeem a prescription and I accidentally went to the main menu, the prescription redemption feature disappeared, and it was very difficult to have to connect with customer service. The customer service was also unfriendly and unhelpful. For users who rarely use the app, the feature usage is not user-friendly. Highly not recommended, especially when you're sick and need to use the app with a clear head.

when open the app can't show any of the menu, wait for it to show but no result. either took a very long time to load, or not showing anything. this app is not helping.

so bad, bad integration bad UX. i just want to see history of my bought medicine and it's so confusing. too much external PWA
