About this app

Mango Inventory is the app for your Mango Inventory web account. You set your inventory up on the computer — and then work with it where the inventory actually is: in the store room, in the workshop, in the building, on the site.

The phone is the scanner. A scan of a QR or barcode label opens exactly that item's page: location, condition, photos, your own fields. Capturing takes seconds — which is why the list stays up to date.

And a stocktake takes hours instead of weeks. Several people count at the same time, every room shows its progress live, and the report is there at the end.

FEATURES

• Your whole inventory in your pocket — categories, filters and saved views the same as on the desktop, with photos, codes and location paths.
• Stocktake on the phone — count, confirm, report “not found”. Every area shows its progress and who is counting there.
• Scanning — QR and barcode labels lead straight to the item. New items are captured with the camera, photo included.
• Maintenance and inspection dates — maintenance plans remind you of checks that are due, and every check follows the same checklist.
• My tasks — everything there is to do in one inbox: created, assigned and followed up automatically.
• Push notifications — when a check falls due, a task arrives or a defect is reported.

For organisations with a lot of inventory — wherever equipment, tools and materials are shared by many people and still have to be findable.

What’s new

Printed QR labels and barcodes now appear in one list on each item, and you can assign a new label straight from the scanner. Stocktake notifications now open the matching count session directly.
