Dear Support Team, I am writing to report a recurring bug in the ManipalCigna app. Every time I log in and then close the application, my PIN stops working. Upon reopening the app and entering the correct PIN, I receive an 'Invalid PIN' message. This happens even though I am certain the PIN is the same one used during the initial setup.

Facing a serious issue with Manipal Cigna app. While booking a health checkup (₹2500 package), after selecting all required tests, the app shows “No Provider Found” for PIN 121001 (Faridabad). This is urgent as the tests are pregnancy-related, and the app is not allowing me to proceed further. Please fix this issue immediately or provide nearby diagnostic centers. Already tried multiple times. Very disappointing experience with such a critical feature.

I had positive opinion while taking policy, but they proved me wrong. After taking policy, customer service is zero. They don't bother about any thing we ask. it's difficult to connect to customer service. If connected, the options are so confusing you don't know which one to connect. For adding my child in policy, it took 3 months, rejected claim later, now for renewal there is an error, which they are not correcting for 2 months. so opted out of this. App review rating 2.5, lowest in market.
