Ratings and reviews

The app just doesn't work. It doesn't allow me to sign in using my phone number or email id. Despite filling in the otp, they don't navigate forward. Rather, they ask to resend otp. Did this several times.

Trying for the past 15 min. Unable to login. Even after entering the correct OTP, it is not accepted by this app. Terrible experience. Just buffering. In case of real emergency, what is the point in having such an useless app? Extremely poor performance.

This app and its developer seriously need to go back and learn the basics of app development and functionality. If you can’t even fix a simple login issue, what else can users realistically expect? The app constantly throws errors — OTP failures even when entered correctly, and when it asks to create a password, it doesn’t proceed after submission. Instead, it repeatedly shows “something unusual, please try later.” This is not just frustrating, it’s unacceptable for any functional application.
