Ratings and reviews

Terrible app and Ring,. I can't get the ring to bind with the app, it did appear in my Bluetooth settings, then greyed out and disappearred completely. The ring is fully charged, I have enabled all the permissions. Trying to register the app is a nightmare, it says Network error, there is no error! Then all of a sudden, it lets me register, the ring is bound to the app, but the only readings are Steps, no Oxygen levels or Heartbeat readings, then it unbinds again and disappears again.

The ring device is nice. But the app is unstable. It keeps randomly closing by itself, and the connection with the ring is glitchy. I have the required wifi and location on, but it randomly drops connection from the ring. Also, the advertisement of compatibility with health connect is untrue. Which is disappointing. I'm more unsatisfied than satisfied with the overall performance.

The app is practically unusable. It crashes constantly, the menu bar at the bottom cannot be accessed because it overlaps with the android navigation bar, the English translation is not good and I even ran into a page or two that only exist in Chinese.
