About this app

DV Photo Maker helps you create DV Lottery–ready ID photos on your phone — offline for pick, crop, adjust, and export. No account required. Your face photo is not uploaded by us.

CREATE A COMPLIANT PHOTO
• Pick from gallery (Android Photo Picker) or take a new photo with the camera
• Pinch and pan a square crop with an oval head guide and eye-line
• Fine-tune: rotate, tilt, brightness, and contrast on-device
• Soft on-device checks (size, file size, head-guide estimate) before export
• Export exactly 600 × 600 JPEG, targeting under 240 KB, with GPS stripped from the saved file

HISTORY
• Keep exports in an on-device History list
• Rename, reopen to save or share, edit again, or remove from History
• Gallery copies you saved stay in your gallery if you already saved them

SETTINGS
• English, Spanish, or French UI language
• Light or dark theme
• Optional haptics

PRIVACY
• Photos and History stay on your device
• We do not operate a cloud account for your DV photos
