Step count always much lower than what I see in Samsung Health or Google Fit e.g. 34 steps for a normal day, simply does not make sense. I have lost thousands of steps every week. Is this intentional? Also have to connect the device every single time when I syn. Poor customer experience. Absolutely disappointing and frustrating.

Mi Smart band 9 Pro data sync problem. Tried Samsung Health via Google Health Connect with Mi Fitness. MI data sync to Health Connect and not to Samsung Health. Switched from Samsung Health to Google Fit (which apparently no longer supported in 2026 by Move anymore). Mi Fitness data synced to Health Connect, then Google Fit, but not in Manulife Move. It would be so much easier to be able to connect tracker Mi Smart band directly in Move instead of this multi steps process and still failed.

So the step count of the day on this app always ends with fewer steps shown on my Samsung health app. The number just never syncs regardless of how many times I disconnect/reconnect both apps or long in/out my account. This is very frustrating and irritating because I could end up losing thousands of steps a month. Hope this issue can be addressed asap
