Compress. Resize. Convert. ShrinkForge does those three things properly and
gets out of your way — no sign-in, no subscription, no ads, and nothing is
ever uploaded.

COMPRESS
• Aim for a file size — 100 KB, 250 KB, 500 KB, 1 MB or your own number
• Or set the quality directly, with Light / Balanced / Strong / Extreme presets
• ShrinkForge finds the highest quality that still fits your budget, and only
reduces resolution if it genuinely has to
• See the estimated result before you commit — measured on a real encode of
your photo, not a guess

RESIZE
• By percentage, width, height, longest edge, or an exact size
• Preserve the aspect ratio, or stretch to fit a precise box
• Set print density to 72, 150 or 300 DPI
• The output dimensions are shown before you run anything

CONVERT
• JPEG, PNG, WebP, WebP lossless
• HEIC on devices with a hardware encoder
• Quality control for the lossy formats

EVERY TOOL
• Batch processing — pick a stack of photos, set it up once, run once
• Before and after preview with a draggable seam, so you can judge the quality
yourself at full resolution
• Keep or strip EXIF metadata, including camera, date and GPS
• Save a copy into Pictures/ShrinkForge, or replace the original in place
• File naming templates: {name}, {tool}, {date}, {time}, {index}, {w}, {h}
• Share results straight to any app

PRIVACY, PROPERLY
ShrinkForge requests no Android permissions at all — not even internet access.
It cannot upload your photos because it has no way to reach the network. You
can verify this yourself on the app's permissions page: the list is empty.

Photos are chosen through the Android photo picker, so the app only ever sees
the specific images you hand it.

One payment. No subscription, no weekly fee, no ads, no account, no "pro"
upsell inside the app. You buy it once and it keeps working.
