Here are some of the main improvements we've incorporated into the new Mapfre Health app to take care of you and your loved ones:

• Medical Directory: a new search engine based on individual needs. Searching the medical directory for emergency care is different from searching for a specialist appointment.

• Medical Appointments: We've simplified the appointment booking process through the app and added geolocation, so you can easily and securely find available appointments nearby.

• Authorizations and Reimbursements: We've included specific notifications to make processing these two procedures more transparent.

• Telemedicine: We've added 5 new medical chat specialties to help with disease prevention (Nutrition, Personal Trainer, etc.) and integrated 24/7 immediate video consultations into the new app so you can quickly speak with an emergency doctor. Both services will support electronic prescriptions if the healthcare professional deems it appropriate.
