Can be unreliable. Every week there is one issue or the other. Customer service is extremely unresponsive. All sorts of questionable charges for every single transaction including making deposits to your account. well, when funds were fraudulently removed from the virtual card by suspected fraudsters, they were able to recover the funds. just note they terminate the card if there are just three failed transactions and make you pay for another one to continue using the service. terrible behavior

This app is a big scam. I deposited money into my account for transactions but I was told I have been restricted from making debit transactions that means my money has been locked up. I have contacted the customer support severally yet no avail. I was later told my account has been temporary blocked without any reason. They have taken my money

Completely useless to me. I wanted a card i can use anywhere but turns out their cards can not be used on aliexpress and who knows where else you can not use the card. You also can not get a USD bank account so its completely useless. Lost almost 3k with nothing to show for it. It does not even deserve a star
