MAPOG Field is the driver companion app for delivery teams that run on MAPOG. Your dispatcher plans the route; you get today's stops, in order, on your phone.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Start, pause and end your work day, with your hours and distance recorded for you
• Confirm your load at the hub against an item-by-item manifest
• Work through your stops in sequence, with the next one always at the top
• See the customer, address, order number and any delivery instr
• Mark arrival at the door, then capture proof of delivery: a photo or an on-screen signature, the recipient's name, and notes
• Record cash collected on COD orders
• Report a failed delivery with a reason, so dispatch can act on it straight away
• Follow your route on a map, with every stop pinned and colour-
• Review your delivery history and the cash you have collected
BUILT FOR PATCHY SIGNAL
Basements, lifts, industrial estates and rural runs are normal parts of the job, so the app keeps a copy of your day on the phone. Every arrival, photo,
signature and failure is saved locally the moment you record it,oon as you have a connection again. You never have to wait for aspinner at someone's door, and nothing is lost if your phone dies mid-round.
LOCATION WHILE YOU ARE ON DUTY
When you start your work day, the app records your location in the background — including while the app is closed or not in use — so your dispatcher can
see where a delivery is, so the route you actually drove is reco address can be confirmed. A notification stays on your phone the whole time this is running. It starts only when you start your day, and it stops when you end or pause it. You can turn location permission off at any
time in Android settings.
YOU WILL NEED AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR COMPANY
There is no sign-up in the app. Your employer creates your drive console and gives you the details to sign in with. If yourcompany does not use MAPOG yet, the app will not have anything to show you.
No ads. No trackers. Your data goes to your own company's MAPOG account and nowhere else.
