Copy paste works! I used to use Google map for many years but I switched to this app recently. This is awesome. I can copy/paste addresses easily and when I type an address, this app gives suggestions.. Simply awesome!
Meh I tried to like this app because I got tired of Google this, Google that, but I was disappointed right off the bat. Text/written driving instructions window takes up too much of my screen, so I can't see the map's upcoming turns. Also, tried to search for a company in DC metro area, and the only locations that showed up were in my immediate vicinity. I wanted to see ALL the locations in the area, not just the ones I'm near.
Good but I'd like to be able to pull up my favorites on my map so i can calculate distances between points without getting directions... Where the map automatically shows my points. With the updates though, the app comes up a lot faster but still responds a little slow... Please fix cause i love this wayyyy better than google maps! Also, please improve ability to stay going when switching between app.s ...
UPDATE: Runs very smoothly, maps load quickly, and also my location is very accurate through this app. Especially with all the app crashing and wrong "current location" with Google Maps. This app went without crashing all day throughout all my trips today. The map has every road included, including the small roads that aren't usually on a map. The only con that I noticed was that the "ETA" seemed to fluctuate a lot. And when I arrived about less than a mile from my location at one point it said I was 30 minutes away, yet it still showed I had less than a mile to go. Other than that, I really enjoyed using this app and will continue for my future needs. P.S. I like the baseball team design(Go Redsox!)
No longer works Since the last update MapQuest now only gives me the first thing on the direction list and no longer says anything else, my avatar also does not move no matter how far I've driven.
Please optimize for "huge" text I really love the app but on my Nexus 7 there are a couple of problems. The first problem is that traffic cameras are cut off in landscape view. The second problem is that if you have your tablet set to "huge text" the text often cut off by the graphic boxes. It would be great if you could optimize the UI to work better with tablets that are set to huge text. I use my Nexus 7 in dash like a head unit. Also. OFFLINE MAPS PLEEEEEEEEASE!!!!!!!
