About this app

GlucoSensor Q – real-time glucose insights on your smartphone

GlucoSensor Q helps you monitor your glucose levels continuously and clearly on your smartphone. The app works together with the GlucoSensor Q CGM sensor and is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

The app cannot measure glucose on its own. A compatible GlucoSensor Q CGM sensor, a compatible smartphone and Bluetooth are required. Each sensor can be worn for up to 14 days, in accordance with the Instructions for Use supplied with the sensor.

With GlucoSensor Q, you can view your current glucose readings, follow trends and better understand how your glucose changes throughout the day. This can help you see how factors such as food, physical activity, sleep and stress may relate to your glucose patterns.

Real-time glucose data

View regularly updated glucose readings in the app. Trend arrows show whether your glucose is rising, falling or relatively stable, helping you follow changes more easily.

High and low glucose alerts

Set your personal glucose thresholds and receive alerts when your readings go above or below your selected range. You can choose sound, vibration or both.

Alerts are intended to support glucose monitoring. They depend on Bluetooth, app permissions, notification settings, battery-saving settings and the smartphone operating system environment. The app is not an emergency alert system.

Graphs, trends and reports

View your glucose patterns in clear graphs and trend views. With the report function, you can create glucose summaries and share them with your healthcare professional, dietitian or coach.

Always use GlucoSensor Q in accordance with the Instructions for Use, product labelling and in-app warnings.

CGM readings are sensor-based glucose readings and may not always match finger-prick blood glucose values. Do not make medical decisions, such as changes to medication, insulin, diet or treatment, based solely on the app.

If your symptoms do not match your readings, your readings are unexpected, or you suspect hypoglycaemia or hyperglycaemia, verify with an approved blood glucose meter and follow professional medical advice.

GlucoSensor Q is not intended to diagnose or screen for diabetes, prediabetes or any other medical condition, and is not intended to cure or prevent any disease. The app does not provide medical advice, treatment instructions, insulin dosing guidance or emergency care.
