Ratings and reviews

The App was working properly until the update on 09th April 2026 and it has made the App pathetic. The Customer Care Team is also unable to solve the issue. I'm very disappointed. The recent update has made this App very annoying. The PDF generated is blank. Kindly fix this issue at an earliest.

The app is useful but the search feature needs improvement. Currently it doesn't support flexible or partial searches like 625,100,inj,tab etc. It would be great if you could implement a smart search that shows results even if only part of the product name, strength, or form is entered. This way we can find many brands using just a prefix or partial keyword. Please consider adding fuzzy or token based search in future updates.

Dear Marg, its a good initiative to bring this app,but after using this eretail app, I feel very confusing,needs update n first of all, 1.customer cant see item image when they open item list, they have to select d item then he can view the image. So they didnt attracted. 2. In this eretail app, dont have proper cart options or icon,so its bit difficult to understand what they have choose previously as a first time user. Its far away from app like amazon/flipkart, where people use most. 3.
