Horrible experience when trying to apply for a digital registration They seem to have made sure than literally everything will take centuries to load for every single step you have to do. There is a progress bar "most" of the times, but I dare you to try and tell if it's actually moving or not.

Installed the app after being prompted to do so on their website. But you can't book a room with it! You can only take up their offers, none of which were applicable to the date I wanted as a special big birthday treat for my wife. They even confirmed in a chat through the app that I can only make a booking online using a web browser WITHOUT actually logging in. Is that why there are zero reviews showing in the UK for an app with 100K+ downloads? Unbelievable for such a "prestigious" hotel!
