Installed and reinstalled this app and unable to login on it. Then today it comes up with an update needed and no way to take action. I removed and reinstalled the app and still saying it needs to be updated. Checked with Google Play and no updates there. Checked in my phone and no updates there. The program says it works on Android 6, yet mine is 13, well beyond the apps version and it should be compatible. I'll just have to contact them by phone.

App still says a new update is required, but it is up to date. I've uninstalled and installed 4 times. This app doesn't work. It's horrible.

say that they replace your items but they don't. they gave me $400 for my washer when it wasn't that old
