All data is fetched in real time from the following official government sources:

CLINICAL TRIALS
Search and browse over 500,000 studies from ClinicalTrials.gov, the world's largest registry of clinical research. Filter by status (Recruiting, Completed, etc.) or phase. Tap any trial for the full detail view including eligibility criteria, locations, interventions, and sponsoring organisation.

FDA DRUGS
Search FDA-approved drug labels from OpenFDA. Each result shows brand name, generic name, manufacturer, and route of administration. The detail view surfaces purpose, indications, active ingredients, dosage, and warnings — pulled directly from the official FDA label.

STATISTICS DASHBOARD
Search any condition and instantly see aggregate data across all matching trials — status breakdown, phase distribution, and total trial count.

AI SUMMARIES
Tap "Explain in plain English" on any trial or drug to get a plain-language summary powered by Google Gemini. All AI summaries are clearly labelled as informational only and not medical advice.
