Quick and easy to find things and order. Excellent quality. Love shopping here. Now with lots more petite sizing too. It's great that you can order and collect very quickly and with free delivery to the store. It will be great when we can order and return to the store again but still with the same amazing service.

App was, on the whole, easy to use. The only thing that lets it down is finding out the delivery options/pricing before checking out. You either have to go back to the FAQ's or choose a delivery option at the checkout & hope it is the cheapest way of getting the items you order (literally the last stage before adding payment card details). It would be useful to have basic delivery charges details at the top of the goods pages.

Love this app it's so easy to use from finding what you want to checking out. The photos and descriptions of items are excellent plus there are customer reviews you can read if needed. You can choose store collection or home delivery and the rates are reasonable. I've used both delivery methods without any issues. Personally I've not had any problems with my orders, usually clothing, the quality has always been good.
