About this app

SetFlow is an offline app for strength training in the gym. Record sets in seconds, follow the program, and track your progress—even without internet access.

WORKOUT
• Continue the last day of the program with one tap
• Active training with a slide-out input panel (weight, reps, "Record Set")
• Rest timer with sound and voice; runs in the background (Android notification / Live Activity iOS)
• Set types: warm-up, work, drop, rest-pause; Optional RPE/RIR
• Swipe down to cancel the last set
• Summary at completion: time, sets, personal records for the session
• Free workout without a template

PROGRAMS
• Multi-day programs with exercises, sets, and rest
• Drag and drop days and exercises
• Supersets, deload week, read-only program link
• 160+ exercise catalog with offline media and Wi-Fi cache

• Weight and volume graphs by exercise
