It's the oddest thing. I'd downloaded the app today, and went through the first "pages" of the initial guide. But, after moving through the pages, it then displayed a message indicating that I have an outdated version of the app, and link to click, which brought me right back to the app here... which IS the latest version. No biggie; I uninstalled then re-installed,only to be met with the same message. I don't know what phantom version they want, but it sure isn't here... chaos reigns. 🔥🙌🔥

Having worked in software for over 16 years, this is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Navigation is almost impossible, the layout is sub-par, and if you make one wrong move, you're unenrolled. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. Everytime I log in, I have to login, close out the app and log in again. Every time. There's an update available but you'd never know. Why not add a prompt? I'd like to review the employees incompetance next! It's a a BIG deal.

It is pretty much useless 99 percent of the time. It straight up just doesn't work, and it is not like it's just one thing. Sometimes you can't log in, sometimes the UI is unresponsive, sometimes you get error messages that don't make any sense, sometimes certain links or categories disappear.... I could go on. For something as crucially important as having health insurance, the quality and condition of this app is utterly inexuseable. I need to enroll, but I simply can't.
