Mash is a budget meal planner. It builds a weekly meal plan around your budget, your supermarket and your taste, then hands you a grocery list sorted by aisle, ready to shop.

Mash is free to try: browse every recipe, build your first week, see calories and macros, and set nutrition goals. Mash Pro unlocks step-by-step cooking for every recipe, the priced grocery list, one-tap ordering in the Netherlands, Belgium and the US, swapping and importing recipes, and unlimited new weeks. Monthly or yearly.

YOUR ACCOUNT & PRIVACY

Sign in with your email or Google so your plans, budget and grocery lists follow you across devices. Mash stores your email and that app data to sync it, and you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time. The free version shows a few non-personalised ads, and Google Analytics for Firebase counts installs and sign-ups so we can see which of our own ads work. Mash Pro removes the ads. Subscriptions are billed to your Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Play Store > Subscriptions.
