Buyer beware. I did a trial for one month and thought that is what i was getting. I did not get a renewal notice as I do in my other apps. It renewed automatically and I got a fraud alert. When I looked to see who effecto was I realized what had happened. Unfortunately, their policy is no refunds...even though it was the same day ! I will say though...their customer service was very quick in responding.

Wish I could give a zero stars. I subscribed to the 3 month and paid $39.99 then was offered to upgrade to the lifetime for $99.99. I opened the app and the menus were very limited and not helpful. emailed to cancel and they said it is not refundable. Horrible policy and customer service. I am quite sure they could block my access, cancel and refund. They simply just stole $140 from me.

DON't use this service. bait and switch. They try to lock you in to a $79.00 recurring cost every 3 months. I asked for a refund for this autopsy after stating my dissatisfaction and they gave me a "terms and agreement" statement. Who reads all the fine print?? the app itself just really has some recipes that you agree to or not agreed to and it logs those calories if you use that suggestion. not much else.
