Ratings and reviews

This might be the most annoying app I've ever used. Half the time it won't open, it gets stuck on the video splash screen and just won't progress. When it does open it's the definition of alarm fatigue. Alarms for everything, and theres no way to turn them off other than hoping the app opens so you can do it there. My audio is on silent, stork is not allowed to notify and yet still I get yelled at constantly because it lost connection to the hub or the sensor is off the baby (both untrue).

When the app doesn't experience a "Network Error" at sign in, it's decent. I only use the camera, not the sensor, so I don't receive any notifications or alarms. There is a noticeable delay on the camera footage, but that's not a huge issue for us since we just use it during baby's nap time to see if we need to go upstairs to tend to her. We have another monitor. I have to force stop the app every single time before I open it, or I get the network error. It's tedious, but not impossible

The app is bad enough to ruin an otherwise useful product. Main issues: - some alarms do not result in notifications, leaving one wondering what's wrong. Somehow 'low confidence' had a notification and alarm, but 'tracking lost' only gets the alarm. - caregivers can see live data, but not historic data - very basic data historic data interface: can scroll through the data and that's it. No trends, events, histograms, etc - unable to export data - alarm thresholds are not visible or adjustable
