Ratings and reviews

Good product overall for monitoring our son's o2 levels at home, but we do not want the audio monitoring at all and it's always on. It's so annoying, it runs the product. You can mute the audio on the app but it randomly unmutes and then you're getting a soft echo again. It's awful and we hate it. Ux designers, please give us a setting to disable the damn thing that's not just a buggy mute button. Tldr: Monitoring good. Always on audio bad.

The app is bad enough to ruin an otherwise useful product. Main issues: - some alarms do not result in notifications, leaving one wondering what's wrong. Somehow 'low confidence' had a notification and alarm, but 'tracking lost' only gets the alarm. - caregivers can see live data, but not historic data - very basic data historic data interface: can scroll through the data and that's it. No trends, events, histograms, etc - unable to export data - alarm thresholds are not visible or adjustable

Definitely needs to be fixed. Glad I checked on my daughter because the light was red because of false reading put the alarm would never go off. Very inconsistent.
