Wellnido helps clients arrange real-world, in-person wellness services in supported areas of Australia, including massage, beauty, acupuncture and related wellbeing appointments.

Clients can browse available services, create bookings, manage service addresses, view appointment status, make secure payments and contact support through the app.

Service providers can manage accepted appointments, schedules, service progress, earnings, qualifications and support workflows.

Where applicable, Wellnido also supports structured workflows for funded-program bookings, invoices, complaints, refunds, no-shows, early termination and service documentation.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe for real-world, offline services. Wellnido does not sell digital content or subscriptions.

Wellnido offers premium mobile physio, massage, beauty, nails, hair and personal care services, matched to each client’s needs through a professional booking process. This release includes service browsing, appointment booking, secure payments, provider workflows, profile management, support and safety features.
