With the MassMutual app, you can:

• Manage payments with self-service transactions

Ratings and reviews

keeps giving me an error code and won't let me log into my account. if I manage to get in, I get a 404 page not found error too. I reset my password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, made sure it was updated, and nothing.

they changed the login. it used to be easy to use my finger print to open the app, but now it goes to some web service in my browser and it so much harder to use. So frustrating.

When the login button is clicked, you get taken to their website to enter credentials every time. After that, Even when correct information is entered and the user gets brought back to the app, nothing happens until you do it all over again to see an error message showing up if a wrong password is entered this time.
