Worst app ever. This is the worst app ever for financial transaction. Paying with this app does not feel secure. You always needs to know the complete steps beforehand to do anything. Not at all intuitive to find anything. For some reason, few schools are still stick to it even when there is a lot of bad review. I guess, they paid a lot to the schools. I just tried a add a card and it froze saying 'PLEASE WAIT..', I am waiting for 7 minutes now :)

Have had this app for a few years and it's always worked perfectly. In the last month I've been unable to log in or order, and it keeps coming up with the error 'server timed out'. I've reinstalled a couple of times and restarted phone etc, but still no good. Downloaded on my husband's iPhone and used my profile and all good. Possibly an Android issue at the moment??
