Sadly I'm forced to use this app to pay for events at my children's school. It does the job but lacks polish. For example, it'll detect nearby payment vendors if you give the app location access and it'll save your most recent vendor. But you can't manually set favourites. Or, when reviewing your payment history, you can only see the vendor name, the price and the date but not the item you paid for. So you have to click into the receipt to see any useful details.

Have had this app for a few years and it's always worked perfectly. In the last month I've been unable to log in or order, and it keeps coming up with the error 'server timed out'. I've reinstalled a couple of times and restarted phone etc, but still no good. Downloaded on my husband's iPhone and used my profile and all good. Possibly an Android issue at the moment??

This occurs regularly on my partner's phone. Tried on mine today. Same experience. Other parents at school report the same. Can't sign in - system busy at this time. Menus won't load - this menu can't be opened. Searching for school using your location or school name - can't find school. This is the essentials that should work, surely. Today we are writing the order on a brown paper bag and sending money. This is more reliable than this app.
