Ratings and reviews

Too many issues and no consistency with the web version. One can't find courses or rebates on the app, only web. No visibility for the booking partners on the Web, only app. No messaging to friends on the app still. What the friends are for tgen? Clicking on the partner in the booking hangs the app. This is by no means a "young" app, but it does show otherwise.

I don't get too many issues with the app, but after 2 occasions where I've had the full amount taken from my account for 4 way split bookings, I find it hard to trust. I shouldn't have to check my bank account and cross-reference order ID numbers with transaction details every time I book a court, but feel I need to because of unauthorised money being taken from my bank account by MATCHI. I update the app every time it asks me to. It's a bit stressful, and I hope this issue gets sorted.

Once a player had been "invited to join" but doesn't pay and decide they can't make it, they lock out the available spot so nobody else can join. The organiser should be able to remove them but can't and you have to chase the other player to remove themselves which is annoying and time consuming. The web login is constantly asking for user name and password which is really annoying when trying to access the site which doesn't have much phone signal
