What are you doing? I made the recharge on 10/09/2026 at 10:42 PM because I urgently needed it. It has been so long, but I still haven’t received the recharge. Is this how you treat your customers? You are only confusing and misleading the customer instead of resolving the issue. Please check this immediately and activate my recharge without any further delay.

I have been using Mako for 1.5 years. My withdrawal is showing as successful in the app, but I still haven’t received the money in my account. It has been 8 days. I contacted customer support several times, but they keep asking me to wait and have not provided me with a transaction ID or a clear solution. Please resolve my withdrawal issue as soon as possible.

The network in that app is very bad because I know my network coverage is good . Also well can you guys look into reducing the % you take from our calls and gifts that's too much and clear daily light robbery
