Be careful with that app. Once you activate the subscription, you can't cancel it from the app or the website, the only way is to email them and they will send you a link, but in the link you can't complete your cancellation, I had to replace my bank card they had in file, even with my card locked , the transaction went through. The app is great but I want to have the choice to cancel a f*$king subscription if I want to. No matter my reason. it's my money.

You've got to be kidding me. There is no streamlined process within the app or the website to cancel your subscription. Such a huge oversight it almost seems predatory. I'll be looking to get a full refund just on that alone. There is zero excuse for any app or service with a subscription model to not have an easily accessible "cancel subscription" option within your account. Account details? Only gives you the option to change your name. Terms and service? Nothing!

Just like all the other one star accounts. Got burned by the auto renew. Besides the poor structure of the lessons, it genuinely was a forgettable app. Which seems to be why they've adopted the quarterly charge model. More people likely to forget about it, get dinged, and kodree gets to walk away with 3 months of fees. Don't waste your time and money on them. They're playing averages to make profit, not providing a valuable service. Edit: how much revenue would you lose from an opt in model?
