Turn quick gym notes into useful workout history.
Fi7Note is a gym tracking app for people who want to log workouts quickly, without choosing exercises first, setting up templates, or filling out rigid forms between sets.
Write your workout the way you would note it down in the gym. As you type, Fi7Note highlights recognized workout data directly in your text — such as exercises, sets, weights, times, distances, notes, and more. You can see what was understood right away, fix anything if needed, and save a clean workout entry at the end.
How it works:
1) Write a quick line or a full workout block
2) Fi7Note highlights recognized data directly in your input
3) Review the highlights before saving
4) Fix text, numbers, or units if needed
5) Save your workout as structured training history
You do not have to search for an exercise first, build a plan, or force your workout into a fixed form. Enter what you did — Fi7Note turns it into usable workout data.
When an exercise already exists in your history, Smart Suggestions can show relevant previous metrics. Start typing an exercise like bench press again, and Fi7Note can show what you did last time — such as sets, reps, or weight. This helps you log faster without guessing your last weight from memory.
Your saved workouts become training history you can actually use: for previous weights, old sessions, PRs, volume trends, exercise details, muscle views, and a customizable Progress screen.
Muscle views can be created from recognized exercises because Fi7Note automatically derives involved muscle groups. So you can see not only single workouts, but also where your training is going over time.
Fi7Note understands compact and mixed input from real training: strength and cardio in the same note, one-line or multiline workouts, kg and lb, km and miles, times, pace, different ways of writing, and much more.
Fi7Note is Android-first and local-first. Recognition runs on your device, your training data is stored primarily locally, and after setup you can use the core logging flow offline.
JSON import/export is available for local backup and restore.
Built for strength training, gym workouts, cardio, and hybrid training — when you want to log fast but still learn from your data later.
