It's got far too many bugs. Sometimes It doesn't load, sometimes logs you out mid activity, sometimes it's doesn't allow you to type in your sign in details, sometimes it doesn't let you go to the next question and so on. There are just too many issues for this to be an app children are using to complete school set work. As parents, in this current climate, there is so much to stress about then to have this on top of it all. I've even tried emailing them for some help but I didn't get a reply.

What other parents have said in the other 1 star reviews accurate. I spent the past 30 minutes looking at a spinning circle on my browser trying to access Mathletics. Thought I would fare better with the Android app and the was worse. The app became unresponsive as soon as I entered the username and wouldn't take any other input. Looks like as the app's popularity increased, the underlying infrastructure wasn't upgraded to handle the load of all the kids logging in after school.

Slow and unresponsive servers. Several years ago when we first used Mathletics it was a great app and so when the school decided to use the app for homework, we were delighted. However, as the popularity of the app grew, the owners of the app clearly haven't upgraded the servers to handle the population numbers. So if you get this service for free or part of your child's schooling, b prepared for frustration every day. If you are considering it as something separate you buy.. don't.
