I've been using the app for about a month now and the program really do work, but are very repetitive. Everything is 4 sets with a minimum of 10 reps. Every single exercise ends with the last set being 4 extra reps. I would like a bit more customization as well. There are only about 8 ab workouts. I don't even use the meals, there are just too many bugs with that whole section of the app. I would just love to have a lot more depth to the workouts and exercises.

App certainly needs some work to increase the functionality. For example, the app doesn't have background functioning, so if you open something else temporarily, one must go through the whole loading and workout selection process. Also, you can't quickly cycle through the exercises in the workout, but rather have to click through them one-by-one which becomes tedious but necessary when certain pieces of equipment aren't available in that specific order. I'll gladly try it again in a few months.

Overall, I really enjoy the app. It's extremely customizable which is helpful. I wish I could track exact macros like myfitnesspal, because I'm too busy to stick to the diet 100%. In addition, the tracking for workouts is a bit finicky. It sometimes takes a few times to be able to select the proper weight and reps. I will continue to use this app thought, because these are extremely minor inconveniences when compared to what you get from the app.
