I've used this app before and ever since they changed it up, it's been working and then not working. I've tried to contact the bank about the situation via email, no response that actually fixed the situation. The one lady said, oh you can now call and check your account, she was wrong, I call and apparently it was deactivated for no reason and no one even bothered to explain it to me.

App constantly locks me out of my account. Once that happens you have to call the bank during the week to unlock it.

Have app for years now problems. Now ot won't allow me to open it. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times still won't allow me to open. Contacted bank couldn't help me.
