I've used this app before and ever since they changed it up, it's been working and then not working. I've tried to contact the bank about the situation via email, no response that actually fixed the situation. The one lady said, oh you can now call and check your account, she was wrong, I call and apparently it was deactivated for no reason and no one even bothered to explain it to me.

The app functions very well, but the process of logging in can be frustrating. Very often I'll be greeted with an error that states it failed to verify my information, and I then need to reset my password every time. All in all, the app is fully featured, but authentication could do with a lot of help.

I have used this app for many years, I have a business account and a personal account. I cannot save the individual names of the accounts and I must type each one each time. I do not know what account I am accessing until I do the password. Only then do I know I was in the wrong account because the full account name is hidden. Because I deposit the two accounts, I cannot use fingerprint logins because they reset each time I choose a different account. Lately I have to turn the lights off.
