I was able to track my step count by syncing the Niva Bupa app with Google fit but now it doesn't sync anymore. This is very disappointing. I read reviews that this is happening with other users as well. And your team just gives one straight and short answer saying there are some policy changes with Google. I'm sure there are changes but a solution for this taking two months??? I'm like seriously two months???

Plans are great, feature rich but app is not so much. Its been days, I am not able to connect my google fit with the app even after so many tries. I tried rebooting, reinstalling app, and even tried clearing the data of both niva bupa app and google fit. But nothing seems to work.☹️

worst app ever. one cannot find all answers in the faq or set options in the ivr or the app. one needs an agent, respresentative to cater to some complex or detailed information. it is impossible to get an agent on online. can't find customer email address, the toll free number is purely for automated responses and no human element to explain things to the customers. raised a ticket for a call back as I couldn't find the answer I was looking for but no call back from the compan
