Applied for reimbursement about two months ago, every time a new medical officer check the documents and asks for a new additional document. My question is if they want additional documents why can't they take it at once, why this waiting game ??? on top of that this pathetic app doesn't work at all, trying to upload additional documents from 15 days but it crashes and shows error every time....Guys please beware before buying policy from them

Pathetic app. I wanted to renew my policy, as guide by the NB sales person - I installed the Niva Bupa app and enter my REGISTERED mobile number to login. But despite my multiple attempts after fresh install + update at every single attempt the app fails with the below error. "Oops, We couldn't find the mobile number in our records" After another attempt (with same number) during the same session, it does move ahead (to recognize you) but shows absolutely nothing could do in the app..

App seems to be useless. I wanted to upload the additional documents requested for the Reimbursement Claim I raised. Even though there is a link to upload the additional required documents, but the page for uploading the same has no way(option) to upload it. Even while trying to raise a Claim Reconsideration request, It is say there is no claim record under my policy. And, ofcourse, there is no Customer service representative to talk to for any guidance. The app is really useless...
