the app is very user-friendly and makes managing my mobile account super easy. I can check data usage, pay bills, top up, and access promotions quickly. The interface is clean, fast, and reliable. customer service in the sales room is great but the apps and following jobs, change of operator is not smooth that you need to call them to do one by one. this silly app cannot identify its own service number. waste time even hours cannot register an account. do invest in good apps. shame.

Decent app but with a bit too much ads and weird behaviour when you leave it (especially if you have it installed in Samsung secure folder and you use non-Samsung Home screen). Otherwise, app is much better now. It respects privacy better (e.g. not forcing you to save credit card details) and information is easier to find. Nice work Maxis. Thanks.
