Pretty user friendly. But sometimes it takes a while to load. Also, the previous version of Customer Service Live Chat was much better imo. I've tried to get in touch with the Customer Service through WhatsApp a few times but never got a respond. Not once. Totally pointless of moving to Whatsapp if no one will respond except for the automated messages. Also, it would be nice if a feature can be added to monitor our data usage for Maxis Wireless Broadband 138 customers.

The app is not user friendly enough. It only allows u to check your internet usage. Unable to view used talk time, SMS and roaming fees. Functions are too limited. Other service providers app can allow you to view all the above via the app. Even considering to change service provider for ease of use.

Stupid apps ever.. You may go taking a bath and then go to sleep while waiting for the apps to load. It's stuck on the maxis logo like forever.. I suggest if you want to login, you may do it before going to sleep and then in the morning when woke up it will successfully load.
