Has the head of digital or chief level officer ever used this product? This is probably the worst UI/UX I ever experienced. You do not have budget for an app development? Use Claude or hire someone to use Claude? You're making 10B a year and you can't even get someone to fix a simple app, might as well fire the whole digital related teams.

Hands down the cleanest telco app out there. Managing my main mobile line, adding shared data for the family, and paying bills takes less than a minute. It’s fast, highly intuitive, and never glitches. Maxis absolutely nailed the design on this one!

On the surface, the app is good, but in reality, the performance is inconsistent. The system is unable to trace connected devices consistently where some connected devices are not visible in the app. Why can't the app allow the administrator to block any of the connected devices at any time, which will be very handy and powerful. The Guess wifi is frequently inaccessible nowadays and can not be activated.
