Decent app but with a bit too much ads and weird behaviour when you leave it (especially if you have it installed in Samsung secure folder and you use non-Samsung Home screen). Otherwise, app is much better now. It respects privacy better (e.g. not forcing you to save credit card details) and information is easier to find. Nice work Maxis. Thanks.

do not sign up for their fibre. A simple task as in cancellation takes weeks and during the cancellation period, the customer support cannot confirm if there will be charges between this period. and thanks for the collaboration between maxis and allo, even to check on the issue takes weeks as they need to raise tickets to allo instead of directly checking on their end. very very disappointing.

I can't view the bill, I can't check whether the line has been barred. Now there is completely no signal and no internet. How am I supposed to make payment when I don't even know the amount, since the app is not responding at all?
